After graduating with honors from Bocconi University in Milan, Maria has accumulated many years of experience combining technical expertise, strategic vision, and direct knowledge of corporate dynamics.
She began her career in management control for multinational groups, later moving into strategic planning, where she developed a practical approach to corporate decision-making and organizational processes.
Throughout her career, Maria has held numerous prominent institutional positions, including President of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Lecco (1999–2007) and President of A.L.P.L. – Association of Liberal Professions CUP Lecco.
She currently holds — and has held over the years — several positions in Italian companies as a director, statutory auditor, independent auditor, and liquidator, roles that have enabled her to develop a deep sense of responsibility, balance, and the ability to manage complex situations.
Maria handles corporate advisory services, negotiations and contract drafting, the preparation of legal opinions, corporate reorganizations and extraordinary transactions, and succession planning for entrepreneurs and private individuals. She is also systematically developing expertise in the ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) field, supporting companies in their sustainability and responsible growth initiatives by integrating economic, social, and environmental considerations into strategic decision-making.

Giancarlo Gandola

Throughout his career, Giancarlo has actively participated in the professional association system: he served as Council Member of the College of Accountants and Commercial Experts of Lecco and as Council Member of the Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Lecco.
Giancarlo has gained significant experience by holding positions in companies and public entities as a statutory auditor, auditor of local authorities, director, and liquidator, as well as a member of arbitration panels. This career path has enabled him to develop practical acumen, balance, and a focus on safeguarding corporate interests.
Within the firm, Giancarlo primarily focuses on tax law — both domestic and international — assisting taxpayers and businesses with representation and defense before tax commissions. He provides ongoing tax consulting, support during audits, tax reviews, tax optimization and planning, drafting of legal opinions, and management of relations with tax authorities.
He also handles business valuations and extraordinary transactions, guiding clients and businesses through their most sensitive decisions with a practical, results-oriented approach.

Achille Colombo

Achille graduated from Bocconi University in Milan and furthered his professional development with both an internship at an American manufacturing company and an advanced English course at the London School of Economics.
Achille actively participates in initiatives related to the third sector.
Within the firm, Achille primarily handles commercial and corporate law – with a particular focus on international transactions – as well as insolvency proceedings. He also provides corporate and strategic advice on corporate reorganizations, extraordinary transactions, business valuations, restructuring plans, and turnaround operations.
